Port Stephens Rentals was established in 2022 by Principal, Tracey Tiltman, as a specialised, independent boutique residential property management business for both investors & renters across the Tomaree & Tilligerry Peninsula's & Medowie areas, being founded on a passion for property & people. Our goal is to deliver high quality service outcomes, based upon integrity, transparency & professionalism and a touch of laughter along the way! Our agency aims to provide clients with comprehensive property management services on a personal basis, one whereby the client maintains a direct working relationship with the Principal, ensuring consistency & the one point of contact.

We have had a wonderful experience with Tracey at PSR. She has been very efficient, extremely responsive and no question has been too small or a hassle. Despite being offered a rental through another agent for a house just as suitable, our deciding factor for choosing our rental came down to the experience we had dealing with Tracey and it made us feel like our experience would be best renting through Port Stephens Rentals. Since moving in, she has checked in with us a few times, and has been the most approachable agent we have ever rented through.
