When Suncoast Dental was established in its purpose built facility Pro Computers was an essential and integral part of our setup. They set up an expertly designed system to meet our complex needs. They were efficient, on-time and stayed within the budget to install our central file server which runs a number of stations as well as digital X-rays and multi function centre. Pro Computers have continued to service, maintain and update our hardware ensuring we always have a reliable "next generation" system to assist in our paperless practice making sure it runs smoothly and efficiently. They have really outshone their competitors with their after sales service. Continually we have received an outstanding immediate response from a tech familiar with our system providing a service to us above and beyond our expectations. At times they have competently liaised with our software company and trained our staff. Pro Computers had us up and running again in no time, they are very helpful. We had the biggest Virus ever and nothing would work couldn't get in or even shut down the computer. Was terrified was going to lose all the photo's and documents stored, and yes now have all backed up to external thanks guys top work.
