Proactive Cleaners was established in 2009 by Bhavin Shah, who was fed up with low standards across the industry. Poor staff training, a lack of accountability and disgruntled stakeholders was an all-too-common story. Having worked for other cleaning companies over many years, he knew things had to change. And if others weren’t going to shape up, he resolved to doing it himself. So with Bhavin at the helm, the Proactive team began offering clients a seamless, high-quality cleaning service – with extensive added value they can count on. And in the years since, we have worked passionately with an array of large residential buildings and workplaces across Australia, including Thyssenkrupp, BIOSIS, Navantia, AGL and Royal Freemasons. Proactive Cleaners is also a leading player in the Australian owner’s corporation market. We’re the name behind many of the country’s most iconic properties: the Fawkner Residences, HMAS Apartments and Aquavista Tower, just to name just a few. Today, our team brims with keen cleaners who all share the same ethos: to achieve no less than the best for each and every client.
