Prospect Psychology

Prospect Psychology is a private psychology practice in Wollongong that provides clinical psychology and psychotherapy services to adults. Currently, both face-to-face and video sessions are available. Services include assessment and treatment of depression, mood disorders, anxiety, worry, trauma, grief, work-related issues, eating and body issues, relationship difficulties, and substance use problems. Treatment will generally focus on evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, to build skills to help change thoughts and behaviours. Please see the Services page for more information. For longer-term issues, psychodynamic psychotherapy can help individuals who want to work at a deeper level. This type of therapy is often helpful for people who have experienced childhood trauma and/or who have difficulties maintaining satisfying relationships. See the Profile page for more information.
