Yes! Of course. Whilst we aim to stock a wide range of everyday use tools, we can't have everything on hand. If you're after something in demand or something a little more specific - we are more than happy to try and source them for you. Just ask!

I'm new to having gas at home. Can you guide me on what I need to know and give me advice?

Yes! We certainly can! It would be our pleasure! We recommend installing a second bottle if you don't have one already. This will help insure you don't get caught off guard. You may need a fitting or two though before you start, so ask the team and they will be more than happy to help!

I heard you have a 'no yearly rental fee on gas bottles option?'.

Yes! We do! Those years surely tick away quickly and thos egas bottle rental fees sure add up over time. We do have an option to void the yearly, on-going rental fee. Give us a call to find out more!

I am on a pension. Do you have a pensioner discount?

Whilst we don't offer a pensioner discount, there is a government rebate available to take advantage of. So we suggest you check Service NSW and see if you are eligible.

PT Trade Supplies and Supa Gas have provided LPG gas to my residence for 5yrs. One phone call and a bank transfer over phone and a replacement bottle is installed in a couple of days. I believe if you have one bottle they deliver quicker. The best part of PT Trade is on commencement of dealing with them for a small fee you don't pay bottle rental like other major companies and that saves a lot of money over time. I have recommended PT Traders to neighbours friends and family with confidence.
