Terrible. Go somewhere else, usually I don’t review places badly but this is the first bad experience I’ve ever had with a nail appointment. They made me wait almost a half hour while they did the person who came in after me, they overcharged me, absolutely zero communication between the staff, and zero communication to the customers. The lengths of my acrylics were uneven, the shape very dodgy and not what I asked for. Zero care put into the customer service here. Don’t waste your time or money.

Dodgy. I was ripped off as the lady came out of the store as we walked out and said it was $50 for acrylic nails with cash and $55 for card. My friend and I came in after she insisted we sit down and after two ladies finished my nails that were basic and way shorter than I asked for, she charged my friend $65 for her nails and $60 for mine. For us to get ripped off and get a below satisfactory experience and very dodgy nails (it has been less than 24 hours and they already feel very loose) this is appalling service. To put into perspective the nail lady usually go to costs $35 and lasts over a month.
