Rob was on holidays, but still took my call. Then went above and beyond to call his personal contacts for me, to get someone over to Fraser Island to get us out of trouble. Not a cent for him to be earned and spent a heap of time anyway, while holiday to assist. Incredible service (that seems to be dying these days). 11 out of 10.

Oh my what can I say words can’t express how great full my family and I are. Our car broke down in HB after 20 hours of travelling as we arrived for our daughter wedding n then on our way to Brisbane for our lil boy’s surgery we had 3 days to play with, after calling around and explaining how desperately we needed our car fixed the team went above and beyond there call of duty they got a rush on parts and stayed back that night n worked on our car until the delivery of the parts n had it fixed the day before we had to leave for Brisbane . They phoned and kept us updated all the way and also kept the parts that broke and fully explained how n why…. So these guys received a box of beer for exceptional service and dedication can’t fault the amazing customer support and service ever… Thank you again R&B Automotive

The guys at R&B were so great in getting us back on the road when our school run car stopped going. Very reliable and honest and the service they provided was impeccable. Rob went out of his way coming over at 10pm to replace the part in our car to get it running in time to take the kids to school the next day. Highly recommended. Thanks Guys.

We were on Fraser Island with a clutch issue. The guys were prompt, ordered the parts, booked the ferry and were over within the day to get us back to our holiday. With two young boys eager to get out and about we couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks guys we enjoyed the rest of our holiday and got back safe.

Today at approximately 12 noon, I rang the office number and a man answered the phone. When I asked if I could get a quote or a ball park cost on a particular repair to my Sprinter van, he said he was too busy organising his staff Christmas party and did not want to talk about work. In amazement I asked again if he could just give me an idea and he again said "my mind is on the staff Christmas party, not work, then silence. No mention about, could you bring the vehicle to the shop or my mobile van can drop in and have a look at your vehicle or give me your number and i'll ring you back later. With this poor attitude to clients, this mob won't get my business OR any recommendations. By the way, it is 25th November.

On a recent trip to Fraser Island with my 3 year old daughter I snapped some wheel studs. As it was a long weekend I had great difficulty finding anyone to assist - until I called Rob from R&B. Even though he was in Brisbane, he managed to source new wheel studs and nuts, have them picked up and meet me at his workshop after normal business hours on a public holiday to make sure my trip back down to Sydney was not delayed! Big thanks also to his team, including Kyle, who went over and above what most shops will do. Very reasonable rates even without considering the personal time sacrificed to get me back on the road!
