I attended your business last Friday and was totally uninpressed by the lack of service and communication l received! I was kept standing for half an hour at the front desk while a seemingly non verbal male member of staff was looking for a certain battery for my mobile phone. Had he taken a " vow of silence" or is he just apathetic.and rude like this normally? The other staff totally ignored me. Not even a " hello"! What sort of business are you running? I have never been into a retail outlet with less friendly staff. My presence was not even acknowledged. May l suggest you all undertake a course in communication and PR.!! Bad news travels fast in Ballarat if you are conducting an unfriendly and unfriendly business.. Elizabeth Iresons
