We recently had our Red Rav4 fitted up with a new 7 pin alloy trailer plug. Ross sorted out the wires there including the extra wires as well as fitting up a piece of 32mm rhs bracket directly to the tow bar as the bumper on the Rav is a bit flimsy. Its now solid as. Also fitted up a trailer brake module for us too that we had from another vehicle. All his work was extremely neat and tidy not expensive at all. And now the trailer brake adjusting dial is on the dash boards face easily accessible in a spot that was vacant from the factory and it looks like it was always meant to be there. Had an electric issue in the caravan Ross helped even though he was under the pump with other work

Unfortunately I didn’t receive an answer from them but found out they were closed until the following Tuesday, however once contacted they were extremely helpful and we were able to take our car over the same day.
