RADTC has a strong focus on consultation and inclusion throughout the whole planning, design and drawing finalisation process. I have lived in the territory for 20 years and worked in the building industry for over 35 years, I understand the needs and requirements of tropical living. RADTC Design and Drafting Works has been operating for 3 years successfully. Providing plans for small and large renovations, independent units, concept plans for new homes. As an individual operator my pricing is very competitive and affordable. I understand that new buildings or renovations, small and large can be one of life's major expenses. Therefore keeping design and drafting cost sensible, fair without compromising the outcome is one of the many goals. I do not charge for consultations and can provide practical advice and solutions.
