Went to this nail salon with two little girls and myself ( me a pedicure girls both buff shape and polish) girls were made to feel like an inconvenience and toenails were done in the front doorway taking all of 10 minutes for each child my pedicure was rough and was left sitting for ages an older lady threw orders around in a bullying manner and was extremely rude to at least one customer while I was there once our nails were painted we were left sitting for an extremely long period until we were told YOU CAN GO myself and both children had to remove our toe separators ourselves and when we were putting them on the seat of the chair I had been sitting in were barked at no no put in here (pointing to a basket) then to add to our not so great experience they wanted to charge the girls $25 each when it clearly stated on the sign outside $20 each when questioned the price was dropped to $15 each by the lady who had done their nails Will never go back and would never recommend to anyone

I have never been treated this way. The older lady in the salon is outright abusive. For the manicure, they cut my cuticles, and left my had in water. Then some other lady came and dried and left. I had to ask if I could get some cream for my hands and if someone could take care of me when I am just sitting there. Then someone else came and put a pea of cream on my hand and that was it. Then I asked if I could get some nail polish which are included in the manicure as I confirmed at the start of my booking. The lady rudely told me and said 'go pick a colour then', and then did my nails. I could paint much better, literally left spots on both sides. Then when I tried to tell her this she told me 'no, this right - your finger is too big' - I literally came home and broke down in tears, being treated like that unfairly, then being yelled at in the store infront of everyone else. I was respectful, trying to not cause a scene but was treated unjustly and so unkindly for being polite.

Wish I could give a lower rating. Went in with a photo of basic Christmas design I wanted done in gel over my natural nail. She absolutely rushed it, didn’t prepare my nails properly, shocking shaping, did not give me a choice regarding the base colour and sighed and carried on when I asked her to tidy up the design a bit. Then left to do someone else without actually finishing mine. 100% avoid going to rainbow nails Toowoomba.

Gave this salon a try and was very happy with the outcome. Pedicure and full set of acrylic nails. Probably wont go back though, equipment not cleaned and used from one person to the other. Drill tips, files, etc. Take cash with you or you will be asked to go into Woolworths and get cash out. I refused and had to paid a 5% surcharge for using my savings card. Same applies to credit cards.

Always treated professionally. Always a good nail service. They tend to last till next needed done. The girls are quiet but get the job done. I will keep going back.

Most disgusting and rude treatment I have ever received from a shop in my life. One woman asked another if I could be fit in, the reply was a “screwed up face” and waved her arm in a motion to leave the shop (3:30, when closing time was 4pm today). I pulled her up for her rude actions (young daughter was present with me) and she just laughed with no eye contact the whole time. All for supporting business and women… but honestly spend your money elsewhere. -5/5 so so so rude! And about 5 women just onlooked.

Asked for pastel pink nails. Left with wannabe french tips!! Called up politely for them to fix it I heard excuse after excuse. Bad customer service. If I could give it a negative I would. Stay away…

We travelled 3 hours to have 4 ladies nails done for an upcoming wedding the service we all received was absolutely horrific. To begin with we were told acrylic nails would be $45 set and the bride would recieve 50% off her nails. Upon completion the proce went from 45 a set to 60 a set for each of us including the bride and no discount as first told before we had our nails done and wen we argued with them the price once again increased During the process they ground down to much of our normal nails making us bleed wen applying the fake nails not enough glue was used so they ripped the fake nail off and took part of our nails with it & ground our cuticles down till they were almost bleeding then rushed the application of the acrylic making it uneven so we have different thickness of nails on each hand when any of us tried to strike up a conversation with any of the 3 staff members they were so abruptly rude this is one place we definitely do NOT recommend we will not be returning

Terrible experience, they are very under staffed and rush. My mum and I got our nails painted they refused to dry them properly we had to leave with wet nails and we had to return to the store because the paint came off my mums nail completely 10 minutes after leaving! We went back to complain and the lady was so rude raised her voice telling us she told us they won’t dry for an hour which she never mentioned she refused to machine dry them properly, she starting saying “Troy is gone he won’t be back for a long time” when we never asked to see the manger but that was still refused. when we came there the get them done they just rush you in to take your money with no problem then rip you off!! No care was taken very poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND! They have no manners don’t even acknowledge you and let you sit there for an hour with no word. Disgusted.

What a pity the young lady, store manager, would not converse with me receiving constructive feedback. As a fellow business owner, feedback is vital, but more than that, conversion even more so. She publicly insulted me and told me how I need to self reflect! She would not give me her name. Pity, the young man who did my nails was so sweet, professional and did a great job.

Staff very friendly but nails were painted 2 to 3 mil away from beginning of nail, so big gap which looked terrible.

A visitor to town and looking to get my first time gel tip nails removed - big mistake!!!!! They were literally ripped of and my natural nail absolutely ruined. When i commented on the pain was completely ignored (being a first time gel nail customer i did not realise the correct removal method involved acertone and soaking, something i discovered through goggle later). Never again - their care factor is zero and their ability is non existent and that's coming from a nail novice. I recomend you avoid rainbow nails in toowoomba at all cost!

I tried Rainbow Nails for the first time Saturday. Well I wish I wouldn't of. I got rushed through in half an hour. Then had to cure my own nails as the lady went onto do someone else's. Let me say you can tell they were rushed. They are flat, thick & dumpy looking. I had to come home and reshape them as they were uneven. I have all hard acrylic down the sides of them. I would not recommend them and I definitely won't go back. Looks like they just let anyone do nails, qualified or not.
