Apparently I applied for a rental property too early so they sat on my application until I rang to see how it was going. No one had applied before me but then as they didn't process my application they gave it to someone else. Absolutely disgusted!

A second-to-none service from Raine and Horne. Went out of their way from the very start to help me find a suitable home, was happy to go outside of hours to show me through some places, the service was fantastic. II could not recommend them enough for a home owner, investment owner, or tenant renting. They treat their clients with upmost respect, and are so friendly and helpful

Disgusting customer service. No tenant advocacy. Stated "we work for the landlord". Incorrect entry condition reports. Property manager on a power trip. Will never rent, buy or sell through this company again. Prospective clients beware.
