We have used Raisbeck’s multiple times. The guys have always be amazing to work with. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. Their workmanship is to a high standard and nothing is a problem.

I contacted Raisbeck to help me out of a sticky situation I was in. I needed my A/C unit moved so that I could replace pavers underneath it. They were extremely accommodating and arranged for Ethan to come to my home that Friday morning to disconnect and move the unit. I managed to finish the paving over the weekend and Ethan was back at my place promptly on Tuesday morning to service the unit and re-position it back in place. I cannot speak more highly of the service that I received from Raisbeck, from Ethan who was a fantastic, friendly and very professional Technician, to Cathy who was a gem in the office. I wouldn't think of using any other provider to maintain my ducted A/C system.

Recently contacted Raisbeck to perform a service as well as shift my A/C unit so that I could lay new pavers underneath. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the level of service provided not only by the highly professional technician (Ethan) but also the wonderful Team in the office. Ethan showed up at the scheduled time, letting me when he’d arrive and was extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating. I will need to have someone from Raisbeck come back to finish off the job, by moving my unit back into place, but I’m certain I’ll receive the same wonderful service. I cannot recommend Raisbeck enough. Nice to have a local company providing such excellent service in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie areas.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Raisbeck Refrigeration. I was in need of an upgraded ducted air conditioning unit and they gave me the best price, prompt and quality service and a great product with good advice. Being elderly, I needed a bit of extra help with the control panel. They were patient and made the setting easy for me to use. I’m happy to recommend this Company.
