I called in the late afternoon to see if these guys had a hard-to-find part for my S20FE. Impressively, they not only had it, but completed extensive repairs *during a blackout* in an hour and a half, staying open late to get my phone back to me. Then the tech pulled out his real genius skills and found a fix for something else that's on worldwide back-order. I'm never going anywhere else. They even gave me a discount.

I replaced my ipad 6th gen screen from Re0Boot IT Solutions. The screen was shattered. I went to other places but the price was way more and long delivery time. I highly recommend these guys for any mobile or tab-related fixes.

Had an intermittent fault in a PC, the hardest ones to fault find. Nihar identified it and went well above a normal service to fix it. Highly recommended professional.

They seem to just watch YouTube videos on how to fix anything you bring in to them. They do a very bad job are rude and blame you when the problem is still there. I took a phone in for a simple screen replacement it got bent by them but it was apparently bent before it got in which is incorrect as the next problem wasn't there until they touched I took it back complaining about a white light shining through they told me it's doing that because my phone was bent nothing they could do but instead starting bending my phone back and forth in front of me saying now it's not there now it is while bending it. Walk out next day phone starts glitching and freezing go back in it's because it's bent and the mother board isn't responding so I have to pay another $65 to have some padding out under it. The next day I realise the speaker and front camera aren't working at this stage I've now upgraded and got a new phone as this was just becoming more and more of a hassle I work in a centre and get a friend to have a look that works at a phone repair shop I initially didn't bring it to him as their prices were a lot more expensive but I guess you get what you pay for. When he had a look he tested the speaker it worked so the cable that the speaker and front camera was damaged by this mob he also discovered there was no padding in the phone so they just charged me to break my phone even more. I contact them and they tell me there's nothing they will do now as someone else has touched the phone. I took it too fair trading and their response to my complaint is saying I've gone in with a blade to open the phone up and have obviously damaged the cable there. What a joke.

DO NOT get your phone fixed here. They replaced my screen and didn't put it on properly (it sits above the phone) and now my phone won't work and they refuse to help. These people are horrible to deal with!!
