How should I prepare for the class?
We recommend you, Wear comfortable clothing to pilates workout as you do to any fitness workout session. Keep a large water bottle, towel, and yoga mat with you. (Optional as Rebalance already have these in the studio) Keep yourself hydrated before coming to the class. Avoid consuming heavy meals 2-3 hours prior to the session. No need to overdo it. Perform the poses at your own pace.
Do I need to book for classes?
Yes, you’ll need to make a booking before attending a class as we have limited spots only due to the current pandemic situation. Visit our ‘Timetable’ section to book a suitable class or contact us directly to get the details.
