So disappointed in the business this year. I have been going to Mark to get my tax return done for over 20years. I used to live in Bendigo but haven't for the last 18 but continued to travel there or lately because of covid I have been Mailing my tax. This year we sent it before Christmas and I had to ring them up at least three times to ask if it was being done. It took them 4 months and the effort put in was not worth the cost. I am told Mark only does business tax now so I will no longer bother with Red Lion. When I stated my dissatisfaction to the reception, she couldn't have cared less, she just wanted my bill paid. No customer service skills at all! Shame as we loved our meeting with Mark
