I recently had a jacket altered at Regal Dry Cleaners and was very happy with the alterations and also very happy with the good old fashion service from the nice lady at the front desk. I have already recommended this dry cleaner to my family & friends.

I have been using another dry cleaner on the coast for a lot of years - now these new owners have taken over the service and quality of cleaning has improved a 100%. They come from Sydney and have 5 dry cleaning stores. I'm impressed - keep up the great work Bambi and her team. TJ

I was so frustrated with my choice of dry cleaners when I first moved to the coast, I finally moved to Kawana then I found Regal dry cleaners in Kawana ShoppingWorld, these guys are great, we get an SMS when our clothes are ready to pickup, and they do repairs and alterations in the store. As a person with no time to do any cleaning myself, it great to have these guys clean my shirts, dry clean my suits and take up my new trouser hems. This is real city quality in the best part of the world Sunshine Coast Australia.

Regal dry cleaners are a very professional business, I took my wedding dress to the Mooloolaba store and the service and advice I received was great. I also needed some repairs to my husbands suit, all this in one store, this is reminding me of my dry cleaner in Melbourne. Thank you for you advice Bambi, your experience gave me so much confidence. You guys are great !!

Thank you for your kind words regarding your wedding gown, I remember this gown it was very nice and took a lot of work to press, which the end result was fantastic, even my staff commented on the quality of the gown. our repair and alterations have become synonymous in the Sunshine Coast, same day service is available at our Kawana store and of coarse our Mooloolaba store 133 Brisbane Rd. we have 5 seamstresses to complete the perfect job for you, keeping you looking good. I would like to thank the team at Bundilla Dry Cleaners on the professional way you measured and altered my dress, the dry cleaning and pressing was beautiful, I highly recommend these guys to anyone who would need alterations done on the Sunshine Coast.

Here's a warning. I have recommended Bundilla Dry Cleaners Mooloolaba to several people. I take that back now. I strongly urge everyone to never ever go there. I've had the unfortunate experience of having a never worn jacket completely destroyed by them. When I raised that this was unacceptable the owner Bambi said she would provide me a replacement. After a few days I called and offered to buy it myself and provide the receipt, since she had not made any effort to buy one. She agreed to that so that's what I did. I didn't hear anything. I went into the shop to see if I could speak with her and resolve the issue and they promised me she would call me back. No phone call. What happened next is what has taken my disgust to a whole new level. I called the shop again and asked for "Bambi". I was hung up on. Then a mobile number I didn't know called my phone. It appears Bambi called me back on her personal mobile to abuse me. Called me a liar repeatedly, told me I'd brought in the jacket damaged, said what I was doing was no worse than shoplifting and screamed at me to get out of her life. Over and over. What kind of behaviour is this? How does a person like this run a business? Get out of her life? This isn't a personal spat, it is supposed to be a business transaction among adults. I'm not happy with the service, I've done what we've discussed, I've been patient. But now I'm so angry and appalled I feel sick. They still have my jacket.
