Given instal day, didn't show, stated client changed date, re arranged another day, didn't show. Logistics deny previous conversation just didn't give a care!

Dealt with rep, good guy and very professional, that's where it ends. Was given instal date and no message no show. Call office (logistics) who admit to office error and incorrect date Date for instal and it will be following Tuesday. I explain this date not suitable and given Friday of this week. Friday comes, no calls, no show by 9.00 am, call logistics and speak to same man, sorry not picked up on truck by Arther, will call you back. No call, ring rep who states he will look into it and call back! No call back! Logistics call wife and deny all conversations and arrangements for today bring Friday and state basically too bad, it's still on ticket for the incorrect date!. Then state at 10.00 am it's too late to correct their error, do it next Wednesday, which is a day later than first incorrect date. Wife not happy,logistics guy not interested, still denies previous conversation and offers up Monday anytime after 6.00 am.What a shambles, what poor customer service!
