Total waste of time,no stains removed

Sorry to hear you were unhappy with the clean. If you recall from your phone enquiry, when I asked if there were any issues, you replied some stains. I said that the the clean included spotters, and I would do what I can with those. When at the property I pointed out that the carpet was completely crushed in places and this would affect the water penetrating the carpet fibres. Advanced stain treatment( at extra cost) I believe would not of improved matters. The carpets were old and filthy, you yourself saw the waste water from the clean. When finished I said that I had done what I could with the spotters. At no point when I was there did you lead me to believe that you were unhappy. I think it is unrealistic and unfair of you to award to 1 Star for your review. Regards Adrian

Second time having Adrian around to do different cleaning- ranging from couches, beds & rugs. Both times I have been very impressed with his attention to detail and bringing my items up like new again. With kids and pets this is no easy feat. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Highly recommend Adrian ! We’ve had him come clean our carpets and couches twice for us. He gets in, does the job and it turns out great! Also knows his stuff and has given us some tips on ways to keep the carpets and couches looking nice. Will be using him from now on
