Reid Removals

I have used REID’s Removals quite a few times; however last month when I had a container delivered and packed, the guys excelled themselves. I was the second job for the day for those guys, but… they were friendly, did what I asked them to do, listened patiently (I was a bit unclear about how I wanted a few things) had a smile on their face and worked very hard. No swearing or slowing down. Declined a drink as they did bring their own – removed all of their rubbish and I was amazed how smooth everything went. I am absolutely satisfied with their work. The container on the inside was super clean and I have no worries that anything in their care will get damaged, dirty or lost. Soon, I will use them again once I have my final destination where I move to. Now the container is in storage at REID’s for a very reasonable fee. I actually should mention the office absolutely the nicest kindest people, very helpful not pushy and ready to listen to your story. Wonderful, great service.

Outstanding removalists. Really good people, very competitive quote, great care and attention to packing our furniture and precious items, takes all the stress out of moving. And what’s more the guys who do the hard work are brilliant, always have a smile or a laugh and can’t do enough for you. We highly recommend Reid Removals, you might get an alternative quote but you won’t do better than these guys.

My Wife and I do not give appraisals easily without the companies and staff firstly earning them. But without reservation we would like to thank Reid removals and all their staff for the wonderful service they provided us with, for our removal, storage and delivery of our household goods. Pam the lovely lady on the phone was so helpful and nothing but kind a and understanding. Also I think was her hubby that loaded it all from the Whitsundays to go to Melbourne. He was a gem. All furniture got here on time all in one piece. And the two great guys that delivered it to us here in Melbourne. Well done. Very grateful not so young couple we are..haha. We have just moved from Hervey Bay to Banora Point in NSW. Our new home can only be described as a removalists idea of hell with a driveway that could not accomodate the truck, a steep driveway, a two storey house with narrow stairs that changed direction. The two young guys who delivered our furniture were amazing, they were polite and worked incredibly hard carrying everything in. Well done guys. I could not recommend Reids more highly. Five stars for effort.

Professionalism at its best. Right from the initial contact with Pam from Reid Removals, their willingness to help was obvious. Pam contacted me via email for bookings, even though they were closed for the Christmas break. The packers, Brock, Josh and Nathen were extremely careful and worked quickly and efficiently, rarely taking a break. The delivery and subsequent unpacking in Warwick, again was seamless and the care in which they both loaded and unloaded our possessions, was as if, they were their own. I cannot fault the friendly nature and professionalism of all those involved. This is the strength of a small local business and the importance, pride and care they place on doing their job proficiently. Their quote was significantly below that of larger companies and I thoroughly recommend them to everyone.
