Brett attended my home to give me a quote for my kitchen and laundry. After adding the carcasses in the kitchen with no doors and no laundry, he demanded like a debt collector, a 10k payment. He was then paid in full with the hope that he will actually do his job as per his contract. After he was paid in full and weeks went by without ever hearing from him, I called his warehouse to remind him that he still needed to put the kitchen cabinets in (let alone the laundry). He not surprisingly played the victim and presented his lack of communication and people-dealing abilities, clearly and unsurprisingly. Do not be fooled by Brett telling you he is 'approachable' before not doing what you pay him in full for. He is anything but approachable and he will shift the blame to you when he is in breach of his contract. You were all warned, especially new to the town from Sydney, and need to renovate your home.

If you want a well organized, reliable, fair, kitchen expert to create and install your kitchen then Brett is your best choice. I am so happy with my new kitchen. Brett made it stress free with his expertise. Go with a local family business. Helen
