Rent360 is creating a leading-edge property management company, pairing with the latest technology to make the search for great tenants and the property management experience intelligent and seamless. Over the past 30 years there has been little improvement in the way traditional real estate agencies manage investment properties on behalf of owners and how they charge for their services. Difficulty finding a reliable agency, constant staff turnover, poor communication, low transparency and high fees are pretty much universal. Property management is all we do. We don’t have a sales division to distract us from our mission to provide the most responsive, transparent and personalised service in the country! All our clients are assigned a senior, dedicated Investor Support Manager who is 100% focused on maximising their rentals returns.

Recently, our team made the decision to hire Rent360. Specifically Tania, to look into all of our concerns in regards to our building. I think it's safe to say that this decision has brought us nothing but joy and satisfaction. She has made it possible for us to be able to get more tenants and started to fill up more than half of the building in a very short amount of time.

As a property owner, I cannot recommend Rent360 in Ipswich enough to other landlords or someone who is looking for property management companies. In terms of responsiveness, friendliness, and overall experience, this company tops them all. In particular our building manager Tania has been brilliant in terms of arranging any repairs that may come up from our tenants and keep us updated on the cost and completions. Great job and keep up the great work.
