I was fairly nervous going into store for the first time as an apprentice to buy the whole kit and caboodle... though I instantly got greeted with a smile, joke and great service from Brett in the store. He knew exactly what I needed and made sure to go through it all with me so I understood too. I was stoked walking out of the store; feeling confident in the whole purchase... Will return for any more chef needs in the future!
