Key therapy and laser treatments. Superb results. Have tried a lot of different methods since I was involved in a vehicle accident 4 years ago, this treatment has helped me to maintain a good life

I LOVE my Pilates class. I look forward to the class every week. Im often tired and stressed when I get to class after working all day and feel absolutely wonderful when Ive finished. Simone is an amazing instructor and I can really feel how much stronger Ive become. Classes are a great mix of flexibility and toning exercises with a focus on technique. Class sizes are small and cater to all fitness levels and goals. Simones remedial massage, low level laser and Key therapy sessions have also worked magically to help relieve tension and stress, as well as improving some more complex health issues. I plan on booking in for Pams facials to complete my relaxation treatment! I would highly recommend Revitalized Skin and Body Specialists.

Have been coming to Pilates with Simone for over 10 years. It has helped my core strength and manage back and neck issues. Plus the groups are always friendly and encouraging. Have been coming for facials for over 20 years and Pam's experience and knowledge are impressive. Wonderful experiences.
