“Rudest company I have ever dealt with.
I have disabilities and I need custom made bedding. My beautiful bedroom looks like a hospital room now.
They came to my home and said they would do beautiful things for me. And special valances. I was silly and did not ask for photos. I paid the invoice before the goods.
I saw the Valances were $420 each, so I asked for a photo. They were not my usual style so I asked nicely, if I could cancel the valance and get a different kind, or pay $100 for cancelling the valances.
Or to just leave the order as it is. I would probably like the valances after a while.
I was sent the coldest rudest email stating they refused to do the order and would refund.
I had advised it was a very distressing time with family.
It meant the world for me to get the bedding. I asked very nicely again. a COLD NO ! and still no refund.
They just want the big $ and really, a professional company brings photos of examples for you. Would not recommend!!!
