Richmond River Blinds

Very professional, very quick and I am so happy with my blinds. All options were discussed. Will not use anyone else when/if i renovate. (Please note I had another curtain provider from Lismore and i am still waiting for service. Richmond River Blinds came and finished in two weeks). Thank you sooo much Lee.

After visiting a number of business in the area walking into the store for Richmond River Blinds and Awnings was refreshing, I was greeted upon arrival and was able to book in a time and date suitable for a measure/quote on internal blinds. Having small children I wanted something that was practical, easy to clean but still looked great and would last. Lee and John both helped out and I was able to have blinds that suited the decor and the functional needs of my family. Great price and customer service. Couldn't ask for more.

Lee and John from Richmond River Blinds and awnings are both friendly, professional and approachable when it comes to any size install. I have had them complete a number of installs on our property and when unsure of a design they have been very helpful and suggested a few options that would satisfy the needs and wants of the job. The install was estimated at taking three weeks, they went above and beyond and installed during a weekend. Would recommend them with no hesitation.

I'd just like to say a big thank you to Lee Simon from Richmond River Blinds for the great job he did of supplying and installing the vertical blinds in our house. We had originally agreed to have the job done by one of his competitors, which they said would take 3 weeks to supply and install. After the 3 weeks had passed, they rang to say the blinds we chose were no longer available and it would now cost an extra $700 for an alternate product. We then decided to contact Richmond River Blinds and arranged for a comparative quote....R/River Blinds quote was $1500 under their competitors and they had the job completed within 10 days of us agreeing to terms. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richmond River Blinds to anyone for their professional service, quality product and getting the job done on time. Once again Lee, thank you.
