I am very impressed with the whole team at Richmond Valley Tyres. My car's wheel sensor was displaying a dangerously low inflated tyre. My current tyre shop had a quick look at the tyre pressures and ran his hand over the each tyre and said everything looked fine. To be fair, I was unable to say exactly what tyre sensor was displaying the fault. Considering it was a safety issue, I feel the person should have done more. Unsatisfied with the diagnosis and the sensor still showing a problem, I went to RVT. By this time I was able to say which wheel was displaying the problem. The said wheel was removed, put in a bath to check for leaks, then the tyre was removed from its rim to check for any faults from inside the tyre, the wheel and the wheel sensor. Even though there were no faults found, the sensor light went out. My car was being examined for a good 30 minutes and cost very little to have it thoroughly checked. I drove away with a feeling that my car was now safer, thanks to RVT.

Thanks to the guys at Richmond Valley Tyres. They were a great help in assisting me to get new tyres for my vehicle. They have a large selection, however I do believe that we made the correct choice. The staff are friendly and very helpful. when I need a new set of tyres, I will definitely be back. Great service!!

The guys at Richmond Valley Tyres were very helpful when I did not know what type of tyres my car needed. They went through their range of car tyres and gave me a choice of which ones would best suit my car. Prices were affordable. Thanks again for all your help, would recommend.
