Right Price Car Rentals

I hired a car from Andre and he provided me with a 39 second "pre-condition report of the vehicle" via Vimeo video via email prior to me picking up the car from his yard after hours. This yard is open to the public with no security or fencing. The pre condition report video that I received was provided by Andre 35 hours before I picked up the car! The 39 second video of the car was filmed of the car all wet from rain and in the dark under cover from a distance of about 2m - so was not up close and did not provide detail. When I returned the car to Andre a few days later, he rang me up 15 mins later accusing me of damaging the car and saying their was a crack in the bumper and he said he would provide me with a video via email of his findings. Before receiving his video of his findings, 15 minutes later I noticed my $350 security deposit taken from my bank account - literally about 45 minutes after dropping the car off and before he even sent me the email showing me any apparent evidence
