Woeful experience, booked days in advance, fronted up 10 minutes prior to appointment, to see a GP. Completed a questionnaire and gave back to counter staff, told to take a seat. An hour and 10 minutes later/waiting, I enquired with receptionist and told "sorry you will be next. Though NO, another five patients, all who came in after me went through. Again I approached the receptionist, who was quite rude. Consequently, I said Csncel my appointment and I left, disappointed and somewhat annoyed. Do yourself a favor and try somewhere else!

Amazing doctors who listen to you and care about what patients are worried about. They don't just dismiss issues, they research and refer you when needed. Brilliant.

Riverway Medical Centre is an amazing medical service..never found a centre quite like this one before..from the girls at reception to the Dr's. I have to tell you that you are all amazing.. and especially a big THANK YOU to Dr ASHRAF.. thank you for looking after my family and getting onto all our medical issues and a BIG HEART FELT THANK YOU for looking after my belated mother ❤️❤️❤️

Wonderful service each and every time so good with the kids and very thorough, not a lot gets past them, all the staff are pleasant and always bubbly happy great family Clinic
