We had a first call, the man wasn't comprehensible, he didn't make any effort to repeat himself, he was rude. The day after my girlfriend called back and then the lady answering, was also very rude! We couldn't book online and when we sent an email they never replied to it, so in the end, we rented a car with another company and with them everything went well. Very bad experience with road runner scooter hire! After all they shouldn't forget that the costumers are who are running they business.
