We purchased a muzzle for our dog and after one night the collar to muzzle mount broke I went back to the store where the young girls had to check with the manager she came up and looked and said nope and walked off it is clear that the plastic mount to fabric collar was the issue but the shear lack of costumer service I was exposed to was very unsatisfactory and I would not recommend anyone to shop there I am a firm believer to support locals but how about some decent behaviour considering she was the senior member and well look how the juniors are trained

Upon entering the store I was greeted by a friendly and professional young dark headed young girl with a touch of red in hair her mannerism was exceptional, whilst being served by her I was approached by another young girl who tried to talk over the staff member I was being served by, this is not acceptable! I do commend the young girl who served me though she answered all my questions with courtesy

Got a beautiful little mate for my Cockatiel, a hand raised female, and I'm very happy with her. Great effort from the team at Rocky Pet World! Highly recommended!!

Iâ€™d instructed my husband to buy Blackhawk dog food from another pet shop but mistakenly went to Rocky Pet World. I was so pleased that he did, as the price was much cheaper than any that Iâ€™d previously found and there was a bonus offer of 6 cans of Blackhawk dog food. Iâ€™ll definitely go back there.
