Rowlinson Plumbing and Gas

This company is employed by my Real Estate, owner is Resse. I had his plumber attend my unit recently to check the water pressure in my ensuite and was advised they would check all fixtures. I turned on the main bathrooms shower and the plumber stood at the door and advised it was ok. I has 3 showeres in there and the pressure was not the same as the one fixed in the ensuite. I sent multiple texts messages with one reply I would get a phone call last Monday and when I didn't left 2 voice messages where I was finally contacted by him. When his receptionist texted me with the time the plumber would be attending, I called back to discuss my preference offering feedback about the lack of customer service and when this was passed on the OWNER REESE threw a tantrum and said he would not be attending the unit anymore. He sent multiple texts, one advising me he has been informed I was difficult to deal with, yet I have seen his plumber probably twice in the time I've lived here. Disgraceful!

BEWARE-This company is employed by my real eastate. They attended recently to check the fixtures in the unit as I had poor water pressure in the ensuite. On attendance the plumber asked to show me what the problem was, explained ensuite, then went into 2nd bathroom and turned on shower. Plumber stood at door and stated it was ok without doing a check on it. I had 3 showered in there and the pressure was poor. Sent multiple messages to the owner REESE who said would attend to but then never responded to my texts thereafter. I got acresponse tonight when I said I was going to post about my disappointment only to receive a barrage of texts messages not taking any accountabily and advised me he would not be attending to fix the problem. He threatened me and made slanderous statements about me and my partner had to call him to tell him to stop. His Plumber also attended my property on the last visit and flooded my ensuite bathroom ( reported to real estate) left the mess for me to clean up.
