I asked for a graduated bob (a 1920’s hair style) for which I had multiple photos and they gave me what looked like a 1980/1990’s bucket under cut. They shaved the bottom part of my hair instead of shaping with the scissors. They didn’t even check if the sides were the same size. The whole experience including keratin was also way over priced. The 2 photos with yellow shirt is what I got & the purple hair photo is what it should have been.

Have been coming here for a long time now for eyebrow and upper lip waxing. Shakira has shaped my eyebrows (which took a while to grow) and they are now looking fabulous!! I highly recommend her for all your beauty needs.

My experience with Runway was amazing to say the least, the girls are so welcoming and friendly, are very talented and skilled nail artists. They have a wide range and variety to choose from, are very affordable, and i cannot wait until my next appointment!
