Lack of communication & reliability I gave up. Having sent Scott photos of the job I needed done, at his request, Scott eventually phoned me on the afternoon he was supposed to be at my place to start doing my floors, to then say he would be here the following morning to do the job. He arrived to say he wasn’t doing the job that day anyway. The discussion at that time expanded out to do more, which I was excited about. He then told me he would come back early the next week, which meant I had to delay the kitchen installation by 2 days. He still has not showed up or contacted me. I delayed a kitchen installation that was ready to install based on Scott’s word. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

Scott is the man to know. Superb workmanship and overall hard working good guy.Many thanks.will be using him again for future work projects.

The service SC Flooring boys provided was unparalleled. Nothing was ever a problem, they went out of their way to squeeze us in around their crazy busy schedule, working long days and even dropping in after hours when required, it's no wonder these boys are booked out so far in advance. They have a reputation amongst other builders as being the most politest flooring guys to work with in the industry, and their workmanship is impeccable. Such an eye for detail, the way they cut perfectly around cupboard doors and carpeted in tiny areas was unbelievable. Wouldn't use anyone else. Thanks again boys.

I have personally and proffesionally knowin the Cassidy family and Scott for many years. I'm in a wheelchair and at the mercy of others. Scott does an excellent job and even did everything. Its 5 stars from me. Grant Linkhorn
