What a gem of a find in Port Macquarie these guys are. A young family businesses that started from the ground up, these guys are kicking goals! It has been a pleasure watching them grow but also to have them as our main service provider in all things regarding our vehicles. Can't recommend them enough! Customer Service is amazing. Feedback and communication, also fantastic.

Unbelievable amazing service ! Ben was fast to find the problem with the radiator, fixed it on the spot in no time and was more than happy to help to get me back on the road right away. He saved my engine and I cannot recommend the service and professional enough, I’m so lucky to find this business on way through Port Macquarie. Thankyou! ☺️

Booked van in was told work an parts could be done in two weeks .two weeks later told can't get parts .no prior warning off problem with getting parts just a wee can't do the job no stars

Unfortunately, Volkswagen Genuine no longer make this particular part you require for your vehicle, which we were unaware of at the time you made your booking with us. We have exhausted all other options of sourcing an aftermarket part. You were contacted several days prior to your booking date to explain the situation, & mentioned we were happy to proceed with the other repairs you had it booked in for.
