Recently we had the team at Sandcastle Air Conditioning & Refrigeration install a new ducted system in our home. After completing an onsite measurement, Ross provided us with a comprehensive quote that met our specific needs and budget. On the date of installation his team arrived on time, were polite, trustworthy and even vacuumed when they were finished. We would happily recommend this company to all of our friends & family.

Ross and his team are fantastic! After my mum's split system stopped working in her Tuncurry home I contacted Ross to have it checked. Within a few days Ross's team had replaced the old faulty unit with a new ActronAir split system. They removed the old unit, all of the packaging and cleaned up the mess. They even showed my mum how to use the remote control and clean the filters. Definitely recommend!!

Ross installed a ducted system in our home, he was very professional in all areas and completed the job within the time frame given. The guys at Sandcastle Air Conditioning are excellent. Very professional, efficient and Ross is a great bloke. He arranged a time to come quote the job, showed up on time and had a quote emailed to me within a few hours. Fitted us in on a weekend and installed 4 split systems with no fuss. Work was of very high quality and the guys even worked around our 2 year olds nap time. Highly recommend! Thanks again
