Really impressed with the service the team have provided me with, over the last three years. They've assisted me through the process of making a claim, and went out of their way to save me money when choosing providers. They were more than happy to answer all my questions and provide me with knowledge I didn't have.

I was referred to Rick Davies at Sarina Insurance and Financials mid year 2016. At first I was hesitant to change companies as I would consider myself a loyal customer and like to support Local Business instead of chopping and changing. Rick Davies professionally and efficiently reviewed my entire portfolio of insurance (private and business), superannuation, income protection and personal insurance investments and shares. I would not have considered my portfolio an easy one to consider or master, however Rick took on the task expertly. I have now renewed confidence in both insurance and financial planners that I am receiving the best personal advice (not just a number). Rick Davies found avenues for me to restructure my current policies and convert/alter to more cost effective and tax reducing facilities. I have saved each month, since the completion of the overhaul of these policies. I cannot thank Rick Davies and his team for working tirelessly without complaint resulting in a win win for both customer and broker/financial advisor.

Rick has been our Broker for quiet awhile now, and recently we needed to put a claim in on a machinery breakdown. He was super efficient and was quick to sort it out for us. We have always found the team at Sarina Insurance great to deal with and appreciate their friendly and professional approach to looking after insurance needs.
