I’m thrilled beyond words with my new hair style and colour. I went in this morning with a bit of an idea but with Mia’s suggestions my new look is amazing. Thank you for answering all my questions on how I can style my hair at home. You salon is very delightful made to feel very welcome and appreciated the time you took with me to discuss what I wanted. I would highly recommend her to all my friends.

The lovely Mia has been looking after me for the past 2yrs. Mia's years of experience and knowledge shows in every colour, style and cut that she does for me. I have thick hair and can be impossible to style but Mia always does such an amazing job. Her attention to detail in her work is next to none and she always makes sure that I walk out a happy customer after every appointment. Its such a pleasure to walk in to this Salon as its always so warm and inviting, a wonderful place just to relax and enjoy a coffee. Highly recommended

customer service non existent at this business. my ten year old Daughter visited as her new Fringe was sensory for her and rather than talk it through or find creative ways to help the hairdresser here gave her an entirely new haircut, including using hair thinners which hurt my daughter and had not been requested. she is heartbroken that her cute haircut is now destroyed by the "buzz cut" she was given here. her hair sticks straight out and has zero style. when I went in to complain I was told the salon would only speak to my husband, my 16 year old daughter felt so strongly she went back in to again request a refund and she was told they only wanted to speak to her father! very poor customer relations making two girls and a fully grown adult cry in one haircut.

My sister and I had a absolutely horrible experience at this place. My sister is 10. She initially went in there with our dad. The utter mess that they made of my sister's hair made her cry and she refuses to let her anyone see it. They trimmed her hair very short, restyled it, completely cut off her fringe and thinned her hair despite the instructions being to "neaten it up". It looks like an entirely different hairstyle. She's been hiding it under a beanie and crying constantly about it. I went in too talk to them about it and request a refund. By the end I was sobbing. They were inconsiderate and rude to me. Constantly told me that they didn't want to talk to me about it and said that I should get my father to talk to them. They made me feel belittled and invalidated. I especially did not appreciate other workers and costumers chiming in with their opinion. Overall, they refused to provide a refund or even acknowledge that they had made a mistake of any kind.
