Do not trust this business with your insurance repairs under any circumstances. They say one thing, do another and then LIE through their teeth, abuse you on the phone and hang up on you. Not once but several times. Extremely unprofessional and RUDE. First impressions were good until I caught the woman that works here (possibily the owner) lie several times to me in one phone call. My vehicle was towed to their premises where they advised a Sharps Australia test would be carried out. They said my vehicle would be TOWED to the mechanic of my choice, which I specifically said A2Y Autos in Winnellie as they specialise in European vehicles and have the scanning tools for the electronics. I followed up days later and told my mechanic of choice was not available - FIRST LIE. So I called my mechanic to find out they never even called them. Called the mechanic they did send it to and found it they drove it there when they said it would be towed. The woman at this place is rude and lies.
