Marc helped test out the oven & replace the parts necessary & assured me that I was imagining the problems! He was extremely friendly & professional. Had a great chat the whole time while he fixed the oven. It was great that they could come so quickly too (within 24 hour of notice of the issue.) Now I can confidently use my oven on the correct settings and temperature.

Vincent and Lucy located then fixed our ongoing problem efficiently. Both were very professional and friendly. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

This business was engaged as part of a hot water service upgrade. A quote was sort for the work which was to include a timer switch, they then exceeded their quote by 100% and never bothered to say anything at the time. After I disputed the bill they lowered their charge, however, this was only after numerous emails/phone calls. I wouldn't have bothered writing a review about them, however about six weeks later the timer switch failed, being under warranty I called them to get it fixed, this was at 8am on a Saturday morning over a long weekend, they waited until 11:50am to let me know they wouldn't be attending and get someone else. Great customer service..... The timer was replaced by another electrician and a warranty claim was accepted by the manufacturer, the electrician who attended noted they installed the wrong part to start with! I don't recommend them given their poor customer service and total failure to standby their work.
