Love Scoops. Despite being quite busy most weekends, the Scoops team are very efficient. Best to phone your order in first though! The oil is great, chips and batter is not greasy at all. Great selection and sizes too.

We are very disappointed with the fish & chips we bought last night. Greasy and tasteless. We normally are very happy with Scoops but am wondering has the business changed hands as we noticed the staff were from the old F&C shop from Edison St. If this is the case we won't be back again that is for sure. Service seemed mayhem and some poor fella waited for ages for a burger only to discover it had been given to someone else.!!!!! Local Resident

Pretty great, they offered a large variety of different things. Only one type of fish though, which Townsville is known to be terrible for.
