Scott Cooper Metal Roofing & Earthmoving is a small local business run by husband and wife team Scott and Melissa Cooper. Scott is a second generation roofer who successfully completed his apprenticeship many years ago under his father Tom Cooper. Tom, with his wife Wendy ran a very successful roofing business in the local area for over 30 years. Melissa comes from a local family who were part of the first settlers to Port Macquarie. Her late father John Jackson was the owner manager of North Port Motors in Port Macquarie along with her mother Sheree. Both Scott and Melissa have been instilled with a strong work ethic and pride themselves on providing excellent customer service. The combination of Metal Roofing and Earthmoving was brought about by Scott trying to offer more to his customers. When installing downpipes and drainage by hand excavation, Scott realised that he could diversify his services offered by attaining earthmoving equipment. Scott's knowledge of water direction and flow is invaluable in landscaping and site preparation. Scott now has a mini excavator for jobs in tight spaces, a skid steer loader (bobcat) for rubbish removal, driveways, turf preparation and site preparation, a large excavator for your bigger scale works which has various attachments including a ripper and a tree grab. Scott also has a tipper truck and trailer to remove any unwanted materials.
