Excellent! Over the last 12 months, we have used Scott Kennedy Tree Lopping service to clear troublesome trees and stumps around our home. Additionally, we utilised Scott’s services to remove an agressive tree in our parents home. It has always been service with a smile from both Scott and his team. Service second to None! Scott ensured our aged parents problem was sorted straight away, the team were friendly, polite and respectful. They always clean up after themselves. Called Scott to come out a look at a big tree to cut of of the yard. Said he would come and have a look and was a no show. Didn't bother to call to say he couldn't make it and tried calling him and wouldn't answer his phone. Service is disgraceful. Would not recommend.

A team worked on my neighbours trees, they were late and wouldn't engage with me despite the trees being along our fenceline. Afterwards I noted that they had felled branches into my shrubs which had broken one shrub in half and pushed another over (they attempted to ?fix broken shrub by cutting it in half and removing damaged branches, but didn't inform me of damage even though I was home), as well as left branches in my yard and wood chips throughout my patio and all over furniture. Contacted owner to review issue and he said he would send someone to rectify branches (no-one came) and that he himself would come and review the damage. He also did not show up. Very unprofessional.

Scott has a can do attitude. We weren’t sure what we wanted done and he gave us good advice. We had quite a few trees to remove and his team showed up - were professional, quick and left everything really nice. Couldn’t even tell where the trees were. So grateful!!!!

Scott came out to give a quote right away. He had great advice and was able to do the job within a few days of booking in. He did a massive job SO quickly and did an amazing and professional job. He also did it for about half of what others were going to charge. Could not be happier with the entire service. Will recommend to everyone

I called scott kennedy as i was given a recommendation to use his services. Upon calling, he was very rude and abrupt. I can handle that, as i work with the general public and it can be trying at times. After abit of back and forth, we settled on date for a quote to be done and booked it in. A little over a month wait. I am also ok with this as i understand they are busy and was willing to wait as they came highly recommended. The day comes round and i waited for them to arrive. After about an hr and a half waiting past the agreed time, i called the mobile number which was not answered. I then left a text msg asking if it was still able to be done. No response. My partner then called, was answered straight away and it was like the booking was never made. Admitted to reading the msg, but denying any knowledge of the booking. Overall poor service and didnt even get to the tree part. Going off of my interactions, kinda glad i didnt.

Scott and his boys just took out about 25 palms from my yard, including some huge foxtails and fishtails. There was absolutely no access for vehicles, everything had to be carried out and what an amazing job they did. No damage at all to surrounding plants, all debris was cleared away, they even had the rakes and blower vac out. This is the second time I have used Scott Kennedy and they have done an amazing job both times. I wouldn't use anyone else.
