Scribal Group has not been able to deliver what we ordered, they send things you don't want and make it so difficult to return so you end up paying for it. Their staff in 'Customer Service' and 'Accounts' are rude and offensive. If you refuse to pay for something you have already sent back to them they refer you to their 'in-house' debt collectors. I mean, who has in house debt collectors except for dishonest directors and shareholders.
