Hi, I'm Gen, a Diploma qualified and experienced Pilates Instructor from the Sunshine Coast. I'm excited to share my passion for Pilates (and life!) with you. I currently teach Pilates at 3 Pilates Studios in Western Australia and have taught at various Pilates Studios on the Sunshine Coast. Finding Pilates was a real game changer for me. After 10 years as a competitive swimmer with an intense training schedule, nothing has ever made me feel as well balanced, aligned and strong as I do after a Pilates class. This is why I embarked on my journey as a Pilates Instructor and I've never looked back. My Online Platform offers over 80 classes, all of which are suitable for any level and are available anytime, anywhere. New classes are uploaded weekly.
