Shane did a pre-purchase building and pest inspection for us in Beerwah recently. As we are living several hours away, he agreed to take some extra photos and measurements which we were very grateful for. He was happy to answer our further questions of clarification that we had on the report. I would recommend him in a heart beat!

We engaged Shane to inspect the property that we were renting as we had mould problems and we wanted to ascertain if in his opinion there were serious defects with the property as the owner wasn’t forthcoming with help. We sought his professional opinion to back up a Report made by a mould removal company. His Report was detailed and very helpful. I had reason to phone him subsequently and he was only too happy to discuss the situation further. I have no hesitation in recommending Shane to do a property inspection
