Sealplus is a Mackay-based hydraulic, pneumatic and rotary seal manufacturer and distributor. In addition to standard seal profiles, SealPlus is able to design and manufacture custom-made hydraulic and pneumatic seals specifically tailored to your needs. Using the latest CNC technology and over 20 different materials from qualified European suppliers, most profiles can be manufactured to sizes from 4mm to 700mm in-house on the same day. Larger sizes (up to 2000mm) can be produced with a longer lead time. SealPlus offers materials recommended for use in: HFA and HFB fluids Pure and Sea Water Biodegradable fluids like synthetic esters and vegetable oils Food-grade materials conforming to Food and Drug Administration (FDA) standards Self-lubricated, modified polyurethane - specifically designed for the most demanding applications within water hydraulics or non-lubricated pneumatics In addition to machined solutions, SealPlus also offers a range of standard seals including wipers, shaft, piston and rotary seals, O-rings and back-ups.
