Sexton Bus Company

If I could go with 0 stars I absolutely would. There were 52 guests who had PAID for sextons shuttle services to a wedding and they not only had the audacity to pull out AFTER the agreed upon time, but the only response the planner received after contestant calling and messages was “no, we’re not coming”. Thankfully, another company was able to be organised last minute however this resulted in the entire wedding being pushed back hours and causing issues with other vendors. Since this has happened there has been no communication from this company and they are blocking any guests who have put a review on their Facebook page. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour for a company!

We hired Sextons for a school excursion from Newcastle to Sydney. There were a couple of drop offs and pick ups in Sydney and Brad our driver was fantastic in accommodating our requests. Brad was a safe and competent driver who helped out by talking to us regarding time and orientation. I was also most impressed and grateful that when we returned from our last stop very thirsty Brad was waiting for us with a box of bottled water.
