Shark Motorcycle Leathers

These people are dishonest and deceitful. They will take your money very easily but if there is a problem they are impossible to get in touch. They send an email and then ignore you. You may as well flush your money down the loo. They claim to offer a refund if the product is not right/ does not fit etc but they actually dont. Avoid these people.

Bought a Shark Leathers 4 seasons waterproof protective flannel 4xl didnt fit me even though usually wear 3xl clothing. Called and they said yep return for exchange to 6xl no dramas. Sent in box with express satchel. Called today and told me item is ripped and stained and they will not exchange or refund. His solution was to return damaged, i said mate I paid 200 dollars for something that i wanted a return exchange of. Not only did i not get my exchange, your telling me the thing is damaged after wearing it once to trying and sending off next day or so in a box. Would never, ever buy from these people. I refused the return of the item on principle that it was not damaged upon sending back. The guy even had the nerve saying i must have rode my bike with it. As a truly honest person, i am so dissapointed and upset at my treatment. Been riding for 20 odd years now and i honsetly am very dissapointed. This is why our country is failing as a great place to live.
