I rang Peter from Alice Springs and detailed the problem I was having with my old Air Commander Heron Q.Yep an oldie.My description allowed him to assess the problem pronto.I was impressed with his knowledge and manner.On arrival in Rockhampton he kept his appointment on time (a rarity nowadays).Another tick mate.He set to work,no 'lets start it to see what the problem is'.His confidence and explanation as I watched was assuring.Again service like that is scarce.Within a gentle 30 minutes it sprung into life.Previous advice had said I was in for a new one at a cost of $4000 replacent.Understand my joy at this experience when it only required a small part and cost less than $200.Can not praise this man's knowledge enough.Thanks Peter

Thanks very much Peter. Peter new exactly what the issue was with our caravan aircon & fixed it on the day. Reasonable cost. No bother or issues parking out front of driveway to complete the work. Would happerly recommend. 😊 Jan

Excellent service from this husband and wife team. We had arranged to drive from Mackay and meet him in the caravan park at Rockhampton to repair van aircon. He was there before us, and his diagnosis during the phone call to him was spot on. Had it fixed in no time for a very reasonable cost. Great customer service, would highly recommend them.
